Melissa Orser
Melissa is a certified medical esthetician with a rich background in skincare. She honed her craft while attending the renowned Esthetics program at Blanche MacDonald and further specialized in medical esthetics at All Body Laser. These formative experiences not only broadened her expertise across various facets of the aesthetics industry but also clarified her passion and dedication to skincare.
Melissa's devotion to skincare extends beyond her professional realm; it's a personal journey she loves to share with clients. Whether it's crafting personalized regimens or recommending tailored treatments, she finds immense joy in helping individuals achieve their skincare aspirations.
Outside of her role at Lift, Melissa finds solace on her peloton, where she channels her energy into staying fit and healthy. Family time holds a special place in her heart, and she treasures moments spent with her loved ones and kitties!
Dawn Bickle
With an illustrious career spanning over 15 years in the dynamic realm of medical aesthetics, Dawn returns to her roots in Maple Ridge with boundless enthusiasm. It's a homecoming for Dawn, where her journey in the medical spa industry first blossomed. Now, she eagerly anticipates reuniting with her cherished clients from past clinics while extending a warm welcome to new faces at Lift.
Dawn's expertise shines through a plethora of rejuvenating treatments, each meticulously curated to deliver unparalleled results. Among her favorites are our exclusive Hydraplaning facial and transformative Microneedling treatment. For those seeking the epitome of aesthetic refinement, Dawn wholeheartedly recommends consulting our esteemed injectors for precision treatments for Dysport or Nuceiva.

Dr. Michael Stewart
Dr. Michael Stewart is one of our esteemed cosmetic injectors an has been with Lift since 2021. Hailing all the way from Great Britain, Dr. Stewart brings a wealth of experience and a global perspective to our dynamic team.
A proud graduate of The University of Liverpool in 2012, Dr. Stewart's journey has taken him across continents, from the UK to Australia, before ultimately settling in the picturesque Maple Ridge alongside his wife, Dr. Kerry O’Neill. Both esteemed practitioners in their own right, they now proudly serve the local community at a family medicine clinic.
Adding to their joyous journey, Dr. Stewart and Dr. O’Neill welcomed their first son, Riley, into the world in 2020 and second son, Oliver, in 2024, enriching their lives in ways beyond measure.
Outside the realm of medicine, the Stewart-O’Neill family thrives on adventure and the great outdoors. Whether they're carving through powder on the slopes, exploring scenic trails on their bikes, or embracing the freedom of a brisk run, they cherish every moment spent in the embrace of nature.
Jessica Simonetto, Nurse Practitioner/ Medical Director
With almost 18 years of nursing experience and over three years specializing in Medical Aesthetics, Jessica Simonetto brings a comprehensive and patient centred approach to skin health and rejuvenation. A graduate of the university of British Columbia’s master of nursing – nurse practitioner program (2016) and prior to this working in critical care as a registered nurse for over eight years, Jessica has an extensive background in critical care, cardiology, complex chronic disease management and most recently working in family practice.
Certified in neuromodulator and filler techniques, Jessica focusses on natural antiaging treatments, evidence based skin care, and preventative neuromodulator therapy for deep line prevention and fine line treatments. Her favourite treatments include IPL and laser therapies for sunspot removal and rosacea management. She’s also a fan of ZO Skin Health - particularly the rosacea protocol and growth factor serum - which she describes as “like butter on the skin”.
Passionate about women’s health and natural, confidence boosting results, Jessica Simonetto is dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best at every age.
Amanda Zeglinski, RN
Amanda is one of our senior Nurse injector specializing in Dysport and Nuceiva treatments. Leveraging her extensive experience as a registered nurse and her commitment to ongoing education, Amanda seamlessly integrates into this dynamic facet of her expanding practice.
Known for her warm and approachable demeanor, Amanda effortlessly puts her clients at ease from the moment they walk through our doors. She goes above and beyond to ensure each client's experience at Lift exceeds expectations, leaving them not just satisfied, but thrilled with their results.

Christianne Fauteux, RN
Christianne graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015 and comes to us with a diverse background. After spending the majority of her practice in Vancouver working in both acute and critical care, she decided to move to the Fraser Valley and find a new path. Taking a leap of faith, she continued to expand her practice seeking educational opportunities and fell in love with the field of medical aesthetics. Being able to merge health and wellness in an uplifting and positive environment is a humbling experience, and she is very excited to be joining the amazing team at Lift Skin Health & Laser working alongside our fantastic team of cosmetic injectors.
When Christianne isn't working, she can be found camping in the interior or exploring the trails in Mission with her husband, daughter and dog!
Emily Duchak, RN
Meet Emily, a dedicated registered nurse currently making a difference on the general surgical unit at Surrey Memorial Hospital. Her commitment to excellence extends beyond her current role as she pursues advanced education through the high acuity program at BCIT, aiming to broaden her scope of practice and deepen her impact in patient care.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Emily finds joy in both athletic pursuits and creative expression. Whether she's lacing up her skates for a game of hockey or immersing herself in the world of painting, Emily embraces life with passion and vigor.
Now, Emily is thrilled to embark on a new chapter as a cosmetic injector at Lift Skin Health & Laser. With her blend of clinical expertise, compassionate care, and a zest for learning, Emily is poised to make a remarkable mark in the realm of aesthetics.
Outside of work, she enjoys playing hockey, exploring the world, staying active and painting!
Mariah Schultz, RPN
Mariah is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with a strong passion for both mental wellness and aesthetic medicine. She currently works in a local hospital supporting patients through all aspects of their mental health, and is excited to expand her practice into cosmetic injectables.
With a natural eye for detail and a genuine commitment to helping people feel confident in their own skin, Mariah brings a gentle, thoughtful approach to neuromodulators and aesthetic treatments. Her background in psychiatric nursing has shaped her belief that beauty and wellness go hand in hand and that small, subtle enhancements can make a meaningful impact on self-esteem.
Outside of work, Mariah enjoys spending time with her family and friends and staying active through a variety of sports and activities. She’s thrilled to join the aesthetic community and looks forward to helping clients look refreshed, natural, and confidently themselves.
Katie Carr
Katie is a certified Medical Aesthetician and brings over three years of experience and a strong foundation in skincare. She began her career after graduating from Legends Academy in 2021 and quickly advanced during her time at Skoah, where she served as Head Trainer.
Katie specializes in facials & Dermaplaning and is passionate about delivering personalized treatments to help clients achieve their skincare goals.
A proud Maple Ridge local and talented athlete, Katie has represented our community in high-level competitions and was awarded the Ridge Meadows Soccer Club Scholarship. We are thrilled to have her bring that same dedication, skill, and passion to our clients at Lift!
Ryann Bickle-Harvey
After working for a few years with Lift in the role of receptionist, Ryann is excited to now be offering in Lash Lifts and Tints to our wonderful clients. With a gentle touch and an eye for detail, she loves helping people feel more confident, refreshed, and making their daily beauty routines easier and more enjoyable.
Currently a dedicated university student, Ryann balances her academic studies with her passion for the aesthetics industry. Her commitment to both personal growth and professional development show in the care and attention she puts into every service. Clients appreciate her thoughtful approach, as well as the positive energy she brings to each appointment.
Beyond her work and studies, Ryann has a deep love for travel. She enjoys experiencing different cultures, meeting new people, and creating memories that broaden her perspective on life.

No-shows or appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a $100 late cancellation or no-show fee.
No-shows or appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a $50 fee.
Touch-ups for Dysport/Nuceiva are not complimentary. Any additional units required will be charged at $9 per unit.
All product sales are final. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is deemed defective.
